2. Description of Service

AI Dream provides AI-powered image and video generation services. Users upload photos, select AI applications, and receive generated results. The service operates on a credit-based system.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with Google OAuth to use generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are the virtual currency used to access AI generation features. Credits can be purchased via PayPal or redeemed using codes.

Credit packs are priced as follows: Starter (100 credits, $9), Pro (600 credits, $39), and Elite (2000 credits, $99).

Credits never expire. However, credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person.

Use the service to generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or harm others.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying AI models or technology.

Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without authorization.

Resell or redistribute generated content as part of a competing service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Generated content is generally yours to use, subject to these terms.

You grant us a license to process your uploaded images through our AI providers for the purpose of generating results.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be free from errors.

AI generation results may sometimes be imperfect, unexpected, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Upon termination, your credits will be forfeited and are not refundable unless required by law.
