Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and credit returns work at AI Dream.
1. Failed Generations
If an AI generation fails for any reason (server error, AI provider issue, etc.), your credits are automatically refunded to your account within seconds. No action is required from you.
You can verify the refund in your credit history on the Dashboard page.
2. Unsatisfactory Results
Due to the nature of AI generation, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed to meet specific expectations. Credits are consumed when a generation is submitted, even if the result is not to your liking.
We recommend reviewing each app’s description and trying with different photos and prompts for better results.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
Credit pack purchases (Starter, Pro, Elite) are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.
If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.
Partial refunds for partially used packs are not available.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with PayPal to resolve the issue.
Reports of unauthorized transactions must be made within 60 days of the charge.
5. Account Termination
If your account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits are forfeited and are not refundable.
If you choose to close your account voluntarily, remaining credits are not refundable but may be transferred to another account at our discretion.
6. Double Charges
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same credit pack, please contact us with your PayPal transaction IDs. We will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at ai-dream.html5beta.com with:
Your account email address.
The PayPal transaction ID (if applicable).
A brief description of the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
8. PayPal Buyer Protection
All purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. You may also file a dispute directly through PayPal if you believe a transaction was incorrect.
Filing a PayPal dispute does not guarantee a refund, and we encourage contacting us first for faster resolution.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
